Choosing Your Ideal RC Warbird Model
From relaxing and docile L-4 Grasshopper and PT-19 aircraft to exciting and complex B-17 Flying Fortress Bombers there is an RC Warbird model for practically any skill level!
Beginner pilots who have mastered a trainer aircraft could transition to a single engine taildragger or tricycle gear model Warbird such as the L-19 Birddog, PT-19, T-28 Trojan or even the T-34 Mentor all make great 2nd aircraft that are also Warbird models!
Intermediate pilots who have mastered a low wing or sport aircraft after a trainer can find a model such as the P-47 Thunderbolt, P-51 Mustang, or Super Tucano as excellent Intermediate aircraft that are challenging and fun!
